Gifts can be returned for online store credit which we issue in the form of a gift card. Please visit returns.oiselle.com/gifts to begin your gift return process. Please note you will need the original order number to start the return. If you do not have a copy of the order receipt or reference to that number, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to track down the correct order for you.
To start the gift return, click 'Returning a Gift' so that you open up the gift return application. Fill in all the fields before clicking 'Start a Return'.
You will then be able to select the item in the order you would like to return. Be sure to choose the most appropriate reason for the return. Once selected, a Return Icon should show up in the lower right hand corner of the product card. Once you've selected all the products you'd like to return, click on the black bar at the bottom of the page that says "Click Here to Complete Return".
The next page will be your final review/summary page where you can verify the amount you can expect to receive as online store credit. Upon clicking 'Confirm', you will be taken to a link to download your shipping label and return packing slip. If you move past this page too quickly, you will also be receiving an email confirmation with the same link to the return documents.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after it arrives at our warehouse, at which time you will receive an email confirming this which includes the gift card details. This will then allow you to purchase the size, color or size you would prefer from our line!
