For US orders, to initiate an exchange with us go to returns.oiselle.com. Enter your Order Number and shipping Zip code to open up the order you are returning.
You'll then be prompted to select the product you want to return for an exchange. After selecting the appropriate reason for the return, check the box for "Exchange". You will then be presented with the color and size options that are currently available in exchange. Please note that our system is currently set up to exchange for different variations of the same style; we are not able to accommodate an exchange for a new style at this time.
You’ll see an ‘Exchange’ icon in the lower right corner of the product card when you have finished your selections.
NOTE: The cards are sensitive, so if you hover your cursor over the same product card, it will continue to ask you to select a reason for the return. To avoid this, move the cursor off of the cards.
Follow the above steps to select all products that you will be returning or exchanging, making sure they all show the 'Return’ or ‘Exchange’' icon in the lower right hand corner of the card.
To finish the return, click on the black bar that says "Click Here to Complete Return" at the bottom of your screen.
You will then be taken to the estimated refund page where you will see the summary of the exchange. You can confirm your exchange selection as well as the final refund ($0 will show for exchange only, a refund amount will show if there is a mix of returns and exchanges). Here you can also include any additional comments regarding why you are returning your product before clicking 'Confirm' to submit the return.
On the final confirmation page, you will be presented with a link to download your prepaid return label, which you can use to ship the product back to us, along with a return packing slip. This will also be emailed to you for future reference.
Once you put your product in the mail, our system will trigger the exchange order to you. It is recommended to get this in the mail as soon as possible to avoid an item shortage on the replacement.
