If a shipment is returned to our warehouse as a "return to sender" or refused shipment, we will reach out to you, confirming that you did not want the order. If you would like us to reship the package, we will ask that you provide us with an updated shipping address. Once shipped, we will send the new tracking information.
If you did not want the order, we will process it as a return, and will add your order to a queue for refund. You will then receive a separate notification via email once the refund has been issued.
